Meet the Weyo friends

Harriet Cousins Palmer

Harriet is a seasoned early childhood teacher who spent the past decade helping shape young minds in child care centers and advanced learning kindergartens in Melbourne. During the lockdown, Harriet discovered the magic of online teaching and decided to join the Weyo team as an author and narrator. When she's not spreading joy through Weyo, Harriet is busy earning her Masters in Play Therapy. Harriet writes and narrates the Weyo educational content and also reads interactive stories in the Book Nook.

Rokka the Quokka!

In case you didn’t know, Rocka is a Quokka. Quokkas come from Western Australia and are little furry creatures a lot like mini kangaroos- although Rokka will tell you Quokkas are much MUCH cuter ;)

Rokka is Harriet’s number one pupil and has a pile of fun learning his phonics and getting ready to learn to read!

Austin Willingham

You can find Austin in the Book Nook, bringing to life the fabulous adventures of Thomas & Friends and other stories coming soon. Austin is originally from Alabama, USA and now lives in Melbourne. An avid traveller of the world Austin’s passions are acting and education.

Kayla White

Head over to Mellow Yellow to chill out with breathing exercises and yoga stretches. Kayla is a super fun full time yoga instructor who loves introducing young kids to the joys of mindfulness and relaxation techniques, while taking them on fun adventures.

Ruby McCarthy

Ruby just loves loves loves singing! In her professional life she collaborates with her sister Esse. The pair have been singing together since they were little kids. Singing for Weyo is a gleeful return to those early days when Ruby sang Ba Ba Black Sheep with her sister Esse, sitting on her Mum’s knees.

Noah Szto

Our newest team member Noah brings his considerable stage experience to Diana Alber’s incredibly popular “ A Little Spot” series. When he’s not busy with Weyo, Noah is completing a degree in medicine and performing stand up comedy at Melbourne’s comedy clubs.
